A: The hospital site was purchased by Brea Central, LLC in December of 2005.

Q: What sort of plans does Brea Central, LLC have in mind for the hospital site?
A: Our plans are still in the early stages of development. We are currently gathering information and input from the community as well as having a third party company conduct research. Our desire is to redevelop the site with new facilities and medical services that will cater to the needs of the community.

Q: What kind of research is being conducted? Will I have access to this information?
A: We have contracted with an independent company, Al Gobar & Associates, to conduct a study of medical facilities and uses within the Brea community area. We will share the findings as soon as they become available through the Research Finds section of this web site.
