Our Plans

Brea Central LLC. purchased the former Brea community hospital site and adjacent building totaling sixteen acres. The goal is to redevelop the property in a manner that conforms with the need of the people and city so that it becomes an upscale community where people can live, work, and shop. We are seeking your input in assisting us in developing a master plan community with an inclusive state of the art medical facility surrounded by high end residential for sale and for rent housing with corresponding retail to service the community.

During this stage of development we are also contracting with an independent company, Al Gobar & Associates to conduct a study of medical and other facility needs in your community. We will share those findings as they become available through the Research Findings section of this web site.

We are also very interested in your input and ideas regarding the development of this site. Please contact us with your thoughts and comments so that we can further understand your needs.
